Centerline was started by Jay Malik, the founder and former CEO of Serenic Software, Inc. Since its formation in July 2007, Centerline has worked directly with Microsoft Corporation to provide several feature enhancements for both the world-wide and North American versions of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV).

Our mission is to provide Microsoft Dynamics NAV partners with high-value product extensions for NAV, while keeping the cost and complexity of implementing enhancements to a minimum. Our experience working directly with Microsoft global and local development teams, interaction with Microsoft advisory teams, and the proven success in building the world's leading ISV solution for NAV are all key factors now being applied to developing new products for this channel.

We will distribute our products through certified NAV solution providers, and have no intent to sell to NAV end users - unless driven by partner decisions.
